At LalibertePrints, we are committed to protecting your privacy. LalibertePrints does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
We may also use the information we collect to notify you about important functionality changes to the website and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
PLACING AN ORDER
Q: How do I place an order?
A: When you find a print you wish to purchase click the "add to cart" button. This will take you to your shopping cart page, where you can change the quantity, continue shopping or check out.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Q: How are items shipped?
A: LalibertePrints normally ships orders via UPS or the U.S. Post Office ground. For faster delivery most items can be shipped via next day or second day air for an additional charge. For international destinations (anywhere outside the contiguous U.S.), charges will vary by destination, weight and freight carrier. During online order checkout you will be provided with shipping options and shipping charges.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: Basic shipping and handling (anywhere inside the contiguous U.S.), costs $20.00 for every order, regardless of size, weight, up to a quantity of five prints. For international destinations (anywhere outside the contiguous U.S.), charges will vary by destination, weight and freight carrier. During online order checkout you will be provided with shipping options and shipping charges.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Expect delivery within 21 days of order. If an item is in stock it can be shipped overnight for faster delivery.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: If you have questions on the status of a backorder please contact LalibertePrints. If your order has been sent by UPS you will receive an e-mail confirmation from LalibertePrints when your order has shipped. The e-mail will include a tracking number for you can use at the UPS website to track your order. Go to http://ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and enter your tracking number. Occasionally small items are shipped Priority Mail. At this time, the post office does not offer a process for tracking Priority Mail, but your order should be received within 10 to 14 business days.
Q: What do I do if the package appears damaged?
A: If you are present when the package is delivered, inspect it before signing for the delivery. If the package appears damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to the extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and contact LalibertePrints for prompt replacement of the damaged prints.
Q: What if I accept delivery and then discover a problem or I wasn't there in person to sign for the package?
A: If you receive an item that appears damaged from shipping (ex: box is dented), notify the carrier immediately (UPS, U.S. Post Office or trucking company). Do not return the damaged merchandise - the carrier will determine if they need to see the condition of the box at the delivery site. Keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers. Notify LalibertePrints of the damage and we will promptly ship replacement merchandise.
